Ingredients

  • 375 ml of Frost
  • 35g sugar
  • Rosemary sprig

In a saucepan, heat the Frosted ice cider, sugar and 100 ml of water without boiling.

Remove from the heat and infuse a sprig of rosemary for five to ten minutes. Filter if necessary and cool.

Put in the freezer.

Every hour, mix with a fork to loosen the ice crystals that form until you obtain a granita.

Serve in a Norman hole or as a dessert with fruit and tiles.
