Ingredients for 4 people

  • Blueberries or other berries
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 125 g sugar
  • 150 ml of Frost
  • Mint leaves

In a bowl, combine the egg yolks, sugar and Givré ice cider.

Mount the sabayon over a double boiler until the mixture becomes creamy.

Spread this preparation over the fruit in small ramekins and bake in the oven.

Decorate with mint leaves.

pears sautéed in sugar, strawberries, raspberries.
