Blueberry gratin with Givré


Ingredients for 4 servings

  • Blueberries or other berries
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 125 g sugar
  • 150 ml Givré
  • Mint leaves

In a mixing bowl, mix together egg yolks, sugar and Givré ice cider.

Cook over low heat in a double-boiler until creamy, stirring constantly.

Spread this mixture over the fruit in small ramekins and brown in oven.

Garnish with mint leaves.

May also be prepared using strawberries or raspberries, or pears sautéed in sugar.
